They don't make movies like this anymore...look at the list of stars. Peck, Sharif, Tell Savalas, Julie Newmar, great character actors Lee J. Cobb, Raymond Massey, Eli Wallach, Anthony Quayle, Burgess Meredith, Keenan Wynn, Ted Cassidy, and Eddie G, all narrated by Victor Jory....just incredible! The film itself is a great 60s/70s western, and a great score by Mr. Jones.
Was I gushing? I suppose growing up on these films in the theater five minutes from my house shows...a BIG thank you, I-FE, for providing this gem.
Thanks for the post! I agree w/ DonHo57. It was on TV here in the States a few weeks ago and I happened to catch it...What a wild movie. Worth it just for the underwater knife fight w/ Julie Newmar.
